Coleslaw Sandwiches


4 servings
4 slices whole wheat bread
1 cup Cabbage - shredded
1/2 cup Onions - finely chopped
1 tablespoon beetroot grated finely
1/2 cup Carrot - grated finely
1 Green chilli - finely chopped
1 tablespoon BOMB SAUCE eggless Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh thick curd
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon Salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon juice


Mix BOMB SAUCE mayonnaise, curd, sugar, lemon juice in a mixing bowl and stir it well with a spoon
or a fork.
Now add cabbage, onions, beetroot and carrots with green chillies, salt, black pepper powder and
oregano and mix well such that everything incorporates well.
Your coleslaw dressing is ready.
Take a slice of whole wheat bread, place cheese slice if required and spread the coleslaw dressing
Place a lettuce leaf or a cabbage leaf and again a slice of bread on it, pressing it gently.
Cut them diagonally into half and serve the healthy and delicious coleslaw sandwiches immediately
Here I have slightly cooked them on a non-stick pan and served with ketchup.
