Garlic Chilli Prawns

20 large prawns, cleaned and deveined
60 ml olive oil
85 gm butter
10 garlic cloves, crushed
BOMB SAUCE TWIST
1 tablespoon of Himalayan spice hot sauce|Asian spice hot sauce
1 teaspoon of Spicy mustard – Bomb sauce
60 ml white wine
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1) In a bowl add cleaned, deveined prawns. Put olive oil in a large frying pan and add butter and half the garlic. Cook, stirring for 3 minutes.
2) Add the prawns and sprinkle in the remaining garlic along with Bomb sauce Himalayan spice hot sauce |Bomb sauce Asian spice hot sauce. Along with a teaspoon of Bomb sauce – Spicy Mustard, the juice of one lime along with salt and pepper to taste.
3) Cook for 3 minutes or until the prawns are pink. Turn the prawns and add a splash of wine. Cook till the wine evaporates (3-4 mins). Add the chopped parsley. Serve hot with bread!
