Mexican beans tacos with sour cream


2 servings
8 tacos shells (ready)
1 carrot long and thin slices
2 capsicum long and thin slices
2 tomatoes long and thin slices
2 onion long and thin slices
1 small cabbage long and thin slice
BOMB SAUCE- Cream & Onion dressing and dip
as per taste Salt
as required paprika
as required Oregano
as required Taco seasoning
5-6 lemon drops
1 cup Tomato souce
1.5 cup crushed white beans
as per taste Chaat masala
as needed Oil


Now take a pan and deeply fry all taco shells. Now take cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion and tomato
slice. Take a pan. Put 1 tsb oil and put all vegetables. Stir it 2 minutes. Off the gas. Put it in the bowl.
Make white beans gravy. For that take a pan. Add 1 chopped onion, salt, 1/2 tbs paprka, oregano
and 1 tbsp taco seasoning powder. Stir it. After 5 minutes add boiled and crushed white beans. Stir it
5 minutes. Now it's ready.
Now take a taco shell. First spread beans gravy. Then add all vegetables. Spread BOMB SAUCE
CREAM AND ONION on it. Spread tomato sauce, grated cheese. Sprinkle oregano, paprika and taco
Now. It's ready to serve. Serve it with cabbage salad

BOMB TIP- BOMB SAUCE- Cream and Onion can be paired with all Mexican dishes or anything that
requires a punch of sour cream with the sweetness of onions!
