SUMMER MARKET SALAD WITH — BOMB Honey Mustard
4 cups greens romaine, spinach, spring mix, arugula, or kale works
1 cup grape tomatoes sliced in halves
1/2 small red onion finely sliced
1 15-ounce can great northern beans drained and rinsed
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
1/2 medium avocado peeled, pitted, and diced
1/2 Tablespoon olive oil can substitute with avocado or grapeseed oil
2 ears of corn shucked
